Welcome to Keller Irish Wolfhounds!  My name is Jamey Gibson and that is my wife (above) Trisha Keller-Gibson.  After rescuing two dogs and two cats my wife and I decided that we wanted to enter the world of pure bred dogs, so we went to as many shows as we could, we picked our favorite breeds and the research began!  We quickly fell in love with the Irish Wolfhound.  I have to admit that we were impressed by the temperament of this breed, they seemed to always be perched at their owners feet, as if unnoticeable :), they did not bark or whine, and they had such an expression of dignity.

   Trisha knew that she wanted to show in the confirmation ring as she was raised showing horses and garnered a National Championship when she was a teenager.

We have decided to embark on the great adventure that is breeding our Irish Wolfhounds under the careful supervision and mentoring of Dixie Howell-Hirsch.  All three of our IW's are "Dixie Dogs" and we could not be happier!
